Acceptance
By using this website or engaging High Caliber Working Dog Training for dog training services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Services
High Caliber Working Dog Training provides dog training services including board and train, behavior modification, and private lessons in and around Upland, CA. Specific program scope, duration, and pricing are set out in the program agreement signed before each engagement.
Bookings and payment
Programs require a deposit to hold a kennel slot. Deposits and balances are described in the program agreement. Cancellations and refunds are governed by that agreement.
Owner responsibilities
You represent that the dog you bring to us is current on core vaccinations, free of communicable disease at the time of intake, and accurately described to us with respect to bite history and known triggers. High Caliber Working Dog Training reserves the right to refuse or end an engagement if material information is withheld.
Outcomes
Training is a collaborative process. We do not guarantee a specific behavioral outcome. We commit to honest, balanced, owner-operated training and to communicating clearly with you about progress, runway, and what your dog needs from you after the program.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Caliber Working Dog Training is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
